At Azuma, there's a substantial Japanese clientele. The fare is original enough to encourage one to pass over the tried-and-true for the attractive variety of entrées. The "fire" soups are substantial and unrestrained. Neighbourhood restaurant atmosphere, in cozy surroundings. Ultra-fresh sushis and sashimis with a hot sake chaser. A private area to do just that.
