Garlic shrimp ($6.90), a star among the starters, come in a sizzling bath of olive oil with enough garlic to induce shock. Among main dishes, the Basque-style lotte ($16.75) was a generous portion in a creamy fish fumet, plus squid pieces and mussels. The mixed grilled seafood ($22.95) was equally impressive.
