Chef Mark Vezina brings meticulous, imaginative attention to every detail of this noteworthy restaurant. The menu changes depending on what's fresh and good at the market. Generally, there are six or seven appetizers and eight or nine main courses, and you get one of each at lunch for about $9 to $14, at dinner for about $18 to $29.
The appetizer sweetbreads with tamari and wild mushrooms were sensational. Salmon with sweet red-pepper sauce was just one of the remarkable main plates.
