Spiffy and efficient, this universally accommodating bistro-resto snack bar has a cleanly etched interior and a vast sidewalk terrace on the street theatre strip of Bernard Ave. Mussels are available in many perky sauces ($8.95 starter/$14 main), as well as a full menu of average quality everything-else, from steak ($13) to fried calamari ($6.75$14.50) to excellent Spanish garlic shrimps ($7.95).
