Every day the menu proposes specialties that are as copious as they are flavourful, accompanied, what's more, by a more than nominal salad or soup, and followed by Iranian tea. The kingdom of kebabs and red pearls (a dried cherry) soon has us naturalized by dint of generosity and consideration. And you don't need to be an oil sheikh to pay the tab! No liquor permit, no B.Y.O.B. Many customers place their order by telephone, and take it out. Try the docgh, a carbonated, salty yoghurt drink. An acquired taste.
