In a very anglophone amosphere, Wrapps delivers a successful take on sunny, playful Californian vegetarian cuisine. The principle is simple enough: ingredients are wrapped in a regular or flavoured tortilla (jalapeno and coriander, black beans, tomato and basil). Choices of ingredients comprise aubergines with sun-dried tomatoes (when they're available!), guacamole and seitan, or cranberry and mushroom sauce.The veggle sushis are delicious.
