Quebec Restos
Located in the northeast of the North American continent, Quebec covers an area of 1,667,926 km2 (643,819 sq. mi.). It is twice the size of Texas and seven times the size of England.
Quebec stretches for nearly 2,000 km (1,250 miles) from north to south, and 1,500 km (930 miles) from east to west. It extends from the St. Lawrence Lowlands bordering four US states (New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine), to Baffin Island and the northern boreal seas (named after a local beer.) Quebec borders Ontario on the west and New Brunswick on the east.
That's a lot of restos.
For the official take on food in Quebec, go to the official site (also listed in the Montreal food links section.) Meanwhile, here's the montrealfood.com version.
It's impossible to provide reviews of all the restaurants in Quebec, but there's the next best thinga list of many, many restaurants in Quebec along with their addresses and phone numbers. Not having the time to peruse every Quebec phonebook in the province to copy this all down for you, I took the liberty of assembling this data from Dine.com and putting it on these pages. No telling how long these links will stay there, but for now you can surf all the greasy spoons and gourmet country inns from Abbotsford to Yamaskaand do me and the folks at Dine.com a favor by personally reviewing each and every 24,976 of them.
Let's go!
